Driving off-road or on unpaved roads (e.g. Balos) is strictly prohibited and may incur a fine of up to 500€.
Can I return the car at a different location than that referred to in the Rental Agreement?
Yes, it’s possible in most cases and it is often offered free of charge.
What documents are required for pick-ups?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a valid passport or ID.
What payment methods are accepted and are there any hidden costs?
We believe in transparency. There are no hidden costs; the price displayed on the website is final. Payments can be made in cash upon arrival or by credit/debit card.
Is there a mileage limit during the rental period?
No, our prices include unlimited mileage.
What is your fuel policy?
Our policy is a fair fuel policy according to which the vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as that of pick-up.

How do I pick up a car?
Our representative will be waiting for you, either holding a sign bearing your name or at the reception of your hotel.
What happens in case of delayed drop-offs?
A one-hour delay won’t be charged, but after that, a fee of 10€ per hour applies. After midnight, half-day rental charges apply and after 8:30 a.m., a full day is charged.

Pre-booking is recommended, especially during high demand seasons like summer. Plus you can save money.
What if I find a cheaper car deal?
While low prices may seem attractive, always consider what’s included in total prices and the reliability of the company.
Can I pick up my reserved car rental at locations other than your offices?

What happens in case of breakdown?
If breakdown was not caused intentionally or through improper handling, we’ll immediately replace the vehicle. Contact us and our team will happily provide you with assistance.

While we’re not obliged to reserve a particular car model or brand, we always try to satisfy your preferences. Upon request, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, always depending on availability and any last-minute changes.
Can I return the car before the time referred to in the Rental Agreement?
Absolutely yes! If you need to return the car earlier than that referred to in the Rental Agreement, just let us know, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements for you.
Am I allowed to use the rental vehicle out of Crete?
No, you are not permitted to use the vehicle out of Crete without prior written permission from our company.
Can I transport a car rental on a ferry?
No, transportation of a vehicle on a ferry without prior written permission from our company is forbidden.
What is your cancelation policy?
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us of any cancelation or modification as soon as possible. You can use our contact form or find our contact details at the bottom of the page. Cancelation is free of charge and you’ll receive a full refund if done up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up of your vehicle.

If you accidentally refuel the vehicle with the wrong fuel type, do not attempt to turn the key to start the engine to avoid causing further damage.
